Itinerary
On your Luxor City Tour, you will transfer to the west bank where you will see the Valley of the Kings, an impressive example of architecture that was used to bury kings and there are many kings buried here. The most famous tombs are those of King Tutmosis I, King Tutmosis III, King Tut-Ankh-Amon, King Ramsses VI, King Mrenptah, and Amenhotep II. Continue on to the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which was built by Hatshepsut, the only pharaonic woman to reign ancient Egypt during the 18th Dynasty (approximately 1490-1469 B.C). On the way to Karnak Temples, one of the greatest examples of worship in history, you will see the colossi of Memnon, which are from the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. You can conclude your tour by visiting the Temple Of Luxor, it was constructed by Amenhotep III in the 18th Dynasty in the New Kingdom and completed by Ramesses II during the 19th Dynasty. You will then be driven to your hotel in Luxor.
