Pricing Information
Prices are quoted in US Dollars per person for a private Egypt Story tour. Select Standard, Deluxe, Ultra Deluxe, or Luxury accommodation to view the applicable Triple, Double, or Single rate for your travel period. Your personalised quotation confirms the final dates, rooming, and included services. A 50% deposit secures your package; the final balance schedule is stated in your confirmation.
Children's Policy
- Children sharing a room or cruise cabin with two full-paying adults are priced as follows:
- Under 2 years: Complimentary on the package rate.
- Ages 2 to 5.99 years: 25% of the applicable adult package price.
- Ages 6 to 11.99 years: 50% of the applicable adult package price.
- Age 12 and above: Adult price.
- This policy applies to one child sharing with parents. A second child, a separate room or cabin, domestic flights, carrier taxes, cots, and hotel or cruise-line requirements are confirmed in the tailored quotation before booking.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests should be sent in writing. As a working package policy, cancellation fees are normally 20% from booking until 61 days before arrival, 35% from 60 to 31 days, 50% from 30 to 15 days, and 100% from 14 days to arrival. Peak holiday periods, domestic flights, cruises, and special-date rules can be stricter and are confirmed in the final quotation.
